While working with one of your reports you seem to get too much information and need to focus on a specific item you can use filters to modify any report.
By clicking on any report you are sent to Report Filters window where you can control information by:
Date, Unique report filters, Locations, Sales members.
Please note if you are looking for information from deactivated/closed stores or deactivated sales reps. make sure to select active only filters OFF as shown in a picture.
After a report is generated you can click on any column with your left mice and get arrow as shown in a picture. Little nudge can be modified to group from top to bottom and vice versa by clicking column one more time.
If you need to specify which items should be visible under a specific column, click on a pin icon as shown below.
If you need to verify total amount of each item, you can group them by grabbing any column with left mice click and drag to header top as in a picture.
After that, you can expand each section to review them separately.
