Store Transfer - Ship Items

Click on ”Inventory WorkCenter” located on the main toolbar, to open the following window:



At the ”Inventory WorkCenter” in the ”Transferring” section, click on the ”Store Transfer” function to display the corresponding workflow.

Click on the ”Ship Items” button to open the following window:


If a transfer request document has not been created, use the ”Ship Express” button, which allows you to ship an item without creating a transfer request document.

If transfer request document was created, choose the transfer request document you are shipping against and click OK.

At the ”Store Transfer Shipping” window:
Enter the products you are shipping by using the ” Product Look Up ” feature and specifying quantity shipped. Please note, if the product is a cell phone, you will also need to scan ESN/IMEIs into the system as well.




At the ”Additional Info” tab you can enter more information in the corresponding fields, such as notes, memos, shipping information, etc.

Once you have finished entering the shipping data, click on the ”Post” button and the system will let you know that the shipping document has been successfully created. **

Use the ”Save as Draft” button if you are not ready to ”Post” this receiving document.

**Use the ”Ship/Receive” feature to create shipping and receiving documents instantly, which will move shipped items to the inventory of another store in one step.
