Customer Sales History

In order to view Customer's Activation and Sales History follow the next steps:

1. Login to Wireless Standard POS
2. Click on Customers Icon
3. Use the Search criteria to locate the Customer
4 Click on the record with a customer once Account is found

5. You may find Activation History and Sales History Tabs at the bottom of the screen

6. Current Account view is allowing to reprint the receipt or Void the transaction (please refer to the buttons Sales Receipt and Void correspondingly)

7.​ Cash register can be opened for a selected customer with a help of Cash Register button:
